Yup ...

You forgot that the only bigger PsOS (plural?) than NKE itself are the retailers, which are all going the way of FEET ... so NKE is going to become even a bigger POS as it has to open its own POS retail outlets (and, in doing so, will probably have to buy a bunch of POS Point of Sale (POS^2) systems).

Otherwise, I think you hit the nail on the head. Maybe toss in a POS Asian Economic Crisis II ???
