Well, thats actually the worst story I've heard in a while... but my point was that when the IRS uses all these questionable practices of getting at people's money, including basically an attitude that once they get a check, its theirs to keep, well then its hard to condemn some teacher for doing the same thing. I'm not saying that woman should walk or anything, but as far as locking her up and throwing away the key... come on...
