<< Interesting phrasing throughout.
A merger "would better serve the interests of the Company's shareholders."
Naturally, since Papajohn himself owns a truckload of common shares.
I am asking, why would he liquidate the company?
Wouldn't he be out all the money he spent even in October?
Seems like something is in the works...>>

I agree that some 'interesting' things could happen soon.....I just got back into Iowa and this morning I am looking at the front of the business section of today's Des Moines Register.....there is an article on the speedy growth of a new Iowa-based firm called Lighthouse Communications. They offer high speed internet access to businesses and are expanding in the Midwest and the article said..."the expansion was financed in part by investor John Pappajohn's Equity Dynamics Corp. early this year. The company is also considering offering shares to the public....Much would have to happen before the company pursued that option, said Devers (the Lighthouse COO), who did not rule out a merger or an aquisition."......Very interesting....I wonder if the high growth Lighthouse Communications would be a candidate for a merger with Pappajohn's PCES shell..?? Hmmmm...I guess anything is possible....I am holding ALL of my shares for what I feel could be a BIG run-up in the next 6-9 months. I still believe that PCES could easily deliver a MUCH better return than almost any internet stock out there. There are NO guarantees but I will continue to bet on Pappajohn -- in a BIG way..!!

Best Regards,

Scott
