What's this? Sell on news? If MDCE is for real, than the price is getting very cheap. At least it looks like the auditors, Boros and Farrington, APC are for real. Haven't had a chance to call yet, however, if anyone has a chance to call them and confirm they are working for MDCE, please post. Also, ask how long a "typical" audit would take and if they have any experience with SEC filings. yp.yahoo.com Boros and Farrington should understand that investors are very weary of MDCE and as such independent confirmation are necessary to re-establish confidence in the company.
