Aren't you sick of running support on machines that most users are clueless about and even give us "experts" headaches. Imacs aren't much easier to use. I know of someone who just purchased an Imac and a USB zip drive and couldn't figure out how to install the zip. Just a typical problem with the current crop of desktops. People are going to be elated when ATT or whoever provides a SunRay like device for free and no maintenance cost with online storage. david
