Hi watch carefully today- I think if we can hold above 9 1/4 we will break out even higher- I think 12 would be easily doable in just a few weeks. This breakout is on extremely good volume- I don't see any need for a retest below 9 (course that doesn't mean it won't happen). Do you have a different interpretation of the chart?
