I never knew an ex-shareholder that didn't live to regret it!

MSFT is the most power technical bull ever, while comparable tech companies have seen their PE's remain even or go up, the MSFT PE has gone down 25%. The only explanation is this case.

I am sure that SUN, AOL, etc were serious when they brought up this case while they openly mimic they exact things they are accusing MSFT of doing.

Hopefully the good Judge Jackson realizes that he is in a whole new paradigm while considering this case because it seems obvious to me that the competition is thriving, even APPL. If fact, they are all billionaires!

Any significant judgement against MSFT might follow the law but might not necessarily follow the "spirit of the law". Billionaires!

In the mean time you should seriously consider removing the "ex"!
