mr.mark, thanks for a thoughtful post on tech support. It
has to be one of the hardest jobs there is. I've helped a
couple of friends who are novices fix computer stuff over
the phone. It can be frustrating when you're not there.
BTW, CPQ has a way for the technician to access your PC
via the modem. It's called "Carbon Copy".
When I called CPQ for help and the technician came to the
end of his rope, this might have helped. But he never mentioned it.
