Rusty,

Sat evening and no word. Any updates. The Rocky Mountain News had a story that essentially reiterated Dish's denial of the rumor. Ergen says they have a binding deal with Rupert, so I can't see Murdoch jumping ship so long as DISH fully disclosed their situation. If the deal fell through, the money from the lawsuit might be enough to tide DISH over for the next ten years.
