The news about Capellas meeting with a Phillips executive about cooperation should send a signal to some Wall Streeters that this fellow is also a big picture man who can see all the possibilities, and he's out there trying to get the job done. Also, technically this stock is unbelievably oversold. It looked on monday like we were going to get a rally and then the lawsuit story hit(appears to be baseless). We might just have gotten through some big block resistance and could finally rally for more than one day.<<<
