This may help explain recent strength one of Fibernet's people spoke at a communications industry meet and had the opportunity to outline their ambitious plans for the coming future. I also believe someone from another large communications company is joining the board. This kind of inside back slapping may explain the nice gains we've seen on relatively little volume.
