hey gottfried,

when i was an mbtrading customer, their techs used symantec's pc anywhere to do remote access to customer's computers. i only used it once, and it sure was a trip being on the phone with the guy as he was moving the cursor arrow around my desktop, all the while explaining what he was doing! <g3>

i know that there are a lot of security issues with such software. like it's a good idea to keep the program disabled unless you are using it. dah.
