Gary,Break out to where...lol Dont see a good risk/reward ratio since its market cap is around 250 billion (16 times sales, MONSTER PE) etc. For CSCO to double in the next year it has to cross half a trillion in market cap which even a giant like MSFT has had trouble doing.
