Bob, Richard, or anyone - Any comments on Eldertrust (ETT). It is really down. I know you two had talked to the CFO (now CEO) some months back. Either of you still in ETT? Talked to the CEO recently? Know of any news, other than the general REIT downturn, especially in healthcare stocks? The dividend is currently over 25%, and I am thinking of buying more before the next ex-dividend date.
