I am trying to see if there is a parallel in stock price and lock ups with cmtn and rbak. Can someone give me a brief history of rbak lockup and price action. I know it announced early release of some shares at earnings,just like cmtn. Is regular lockup over? What were the dates?? Any help is appreciated.
