Bot DPH @ 16.5 today. Solid company and excellent value. Believe they have some valuable technology relating to BGA (ball grid array) for semiconductor junctions, replacing the old wire leads. A leading auto analyst on Wall St. Week last week compared DPH with Lucent and said it was his favorite auto-related stock, even though he was not excited about prospects for the Big Three. He said profitability in US auto industry could come under pressure, but that DPH should do well because its profitability is more linked with unit sales of autos.

Spinoffs sometimes take a year or two to develop Wall Street sponsorship. Anyhow this company provides some diversification to an otherwise tech-heavy portfolio.
