I don't know Noor, but I'am a bit concern. Maybe the spirits are down
because of the recent market events, or maybe we're forgeting the importance of participating in this thread.
I, for one, appriciate all the postings on this thread, and would like to read more of your opinions, concerns, complains, and information on trading and related subjects. That is because:
1)Threads like this are educational. An educated trader is a better traders!
2)They are informative:
-Information on trading softwares, web sites, trading tools,...
-Free technical support for your PC(trouble shooting)
-General information (ie; "is the server down or is the problem within my system?")
3)Above all, the existance of this thread is imperative to the quality
of the service we receive from Datek. Our collected voices empowers
us to keep Datek at check!Datek represenatives do read our postings.
This thread is the best way for them to find out about our needs and
concerns. I think they also count on our feedbacks, to make proper changes/upgrades within their company/system. It's a win/win
situation for them and us. Without our feedbacks Datek's service
quality will deterioate.
So, please participate! Ask questions(no matter how basic they are),or post your ligitimate complains. As for me, I'll try to do my share - I've gained so much by reading all of the postings on this and some other threads(yea, I know, I need to get a life!), it's only fair.
