I have noticed the address 99 Wood Avenue South popping up in various places with companies involved with Chalem.

AS Goldmen used to be at this address before forwarding their mail to Body by Boris in Red Bank. DTOX (CITA Biomedical) filed an 8-K referencing Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP, at the same address. And now I see that Osicom Technologies (FIBR) references the same lawyer at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP - Raymond Felton.

I know it is a rather large building (at least 9 floors). But the coincidences are still there, and makes me wonder.
