QXL.COM (QXLC:NASDAQ) or EURO-EBAY is moving up everyday it hit a new high today. NetZero and FreeServe and China all Free Internet ISP's have all been doing great X-Stream is also moving ahead across Europe but grossly under-valued because they haven't coughed up their financials yet.
