David, wouldn't be a bit surprised if the sale already occurred. There were a host of large blocks crossed earlier in the week as well as last week and those could have been Intel's. And the large block sales that occurred just didn't affect the price of the stock. Buyers stood right up and took the stock. The sales, IMO, have no affect on CMGI. INTC is going to realize something on the order of a 5,000 - 10,000% ROI during its holding period. It's likely they're looking for comparable opportunities in similar time frames and those usually occur in smaller start-up ventures. I see it as no big deal. Mark
