I spent 10 years (age 19-29) working for a company whose stock went up a total of 50% during my time there. As soon as I could I sold every share,not even keeping one so I could read the annual report and see what I was missing :). I went 50% Q in my rollover IRA on last months dip. I am now 75% Q due to the one month, 50% move. I don't feel so bad anymore about what used to seem like 10 wasted years.
