Hey Art, Mike, and all

Here's the deal:

Let's take AOL as a somewhat imperfect analogy. Imagine AOL in 1992, before the internet took off. Who could have figured that the net would be what it is today? Even Rupert Murdoch passed on AOL as an investment because Bill Gates said AOL "had no business plan". Wrong. Paul Allen sold out of AOL early on and lost out on several $Billions.

Because interactive TV is still an unproven concept for most people, only the smart or lucky (I'm not sure which I am) have gotten in on the ground floor like most on this thread. Therefore, THIS IS STILL A TRADING STOCK FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. Expect it to be volatile. Expect this to continue until perceptions change. When? When will that be? Who knows?

Personally, I'm not smart enough to trade this stock. At some point it will take off to never revisit these levels. If you are nimble enough, there is money to be made in trading at this stage.

I view my investment in ACTV very confidently on a long term basis. Like Mark Twain said (apologies to Ed who will remember this quote): "He sat there with the calm confidence of a Christian holding Four Aces". I love that quote.

Jim
