The following questions need to be answered:

1. How soon will Lockheed Martin be in production?

2. The amount of the royalty we are to receive.

3. What will this new chip be called? OUM or ? Will we
be able to get our name recognition as does "Intel inside",
"Ballard inside"? or what?

These are the first questions that come to mind. More will follow.
