CY CEO Paul Mercia telephoned me early this evening to clarify a few issues that concerned me as well as many others on the threads. The Yorkton PR where "Y" will help CY with JV and other business opportunities is not and I repeat :IS NOT PAID WITH SHARES. The deal is cash only on a finders fee basis. We can rest assured that "Y" will not play their usual as when shares are involved. In fact I believe that in this instance it would be illegal for "Y" themselves to buy or sell on insider information from their business marketing dept. when things develop from the deal. As for you "short" bashers stating insider selling - don't hold your breath or re-mortgage your house on a SHORT position - Paul as a major shareholder has not sold one share. He is holding. They haven't given up on the TSE listing - Paul appreciates the benefits of being on the TSE in the futur and are working hard to qualify for such (guidelines are you need $7Million in assets and $5Million in cash) The TV ads that we saw - in fact 8 million viewers saw were only the teasers. The real campaign ads begin on the 11th of November. I explained some of the the worries us "Longs" had concerning promotion and stock awareness and point was taken. From the conversation I am "LONG" as always on this one. I hope this answers some of the worries. For those who don't know me I've been an investor of CY since the 1st day IPO and have been following them diligently. We have a company that offers leading edge marketing and advertising software for the present booming industry called the internet and E-commerce. IMHO We won't be sorry by holding.
