Thomas, or anyone with a detailed knowledge in Canadian law. When Ultra placed "WARNING: The company relies upon litigation protection for forward-looking statements." at the end of their last NR. I kinda glossed over it and assumed that it was standard boiler plate that we've all seen many times with other companies. However, I had a friend suggest that it wasn't quite in same category as most forward looking disclaimers. I am ignorant about this and thought: Well, heck, the entire legal profession is based on exact wording and interpretation of written agreements and this wording is a little more extreme with the "WARNING" header preceding the statement. So, if anyone has a definitive answer to my question, it would be appreciated, by not only myself, but others that I'm sure are lurking on these boards. Best of luck to all the investors, Lew
