Hello Jay: The company is currently waiting for SEC filings approval to get back on the OTCBB Nasdaq. You can still trade it but because it is on the "pink sheets" awaiting full approval, but trading is limited in that electronically we can't find out the market depth, etc. I would wait until it is relisted on Nasdaq OTCBB with full SEC approval. By the way, Nasdaq has a timetable for full filing... this year its the companies with the names starting with the letter "A". If you recall, Innofone was called APC Telecommunications until earlier this year when the name change happened. Therefore it still falls under the time table set out for "A" companies. Its a diamond in the rough alright... great potential! Hold on, patience will reward you! regards. Goalie.
