Ratan:I believe this interenet thing will have tremendous impact of governance in the country if it is properly used by the citizens. I have sent a few emails to the Prime Minister myself regarding various issues such as corruption in the country (my pet peeve), infrastructure, religion, economy etc etc.I have never gotten a reply but I am sure his 'flunkies' would have seen it and perhaps even made a note of it before chucking it, if not hey I tried.
