The Company plans to use other technologies, including Nortel ERS switches, which allow for the dynamic allocation of voice and data traffic, to enable the Company's Internet network to be used for the transmission of traditional telephone minutes. If successfully developed, this leveraging of IDT's Internet network could provide considerable cost efficiencies for transporting a substantial portion of the Company's domestic voice traffic.
