Thanks, Karen. My daughter stayed home sick that day. When I asked her what I could get for her to eat, she asked for hummus. Since I did not have enough lemons on hand, I suggested brownies. She then asked for the cake, which is quick and easy. Just thought I'd post a recipe out of the blue, so to speak, totally OT!
