volatility is likely to drop after the judge issues his findings unless they are so vague as to cause more uncertainty. why not buy the leaps--you can always sell if you change your mind. on the other hand, there are only ten trading days left after this friday if you buy the november calls. i feel more comfortable going out as far as i can when buying options. obviously however you've had some success on shorter term options. regards
