JDSU bought OCLI for an incredible premium. I want to know about such JOINT-VENTURES, PARTNERSHIPS and other close relationships with publicly traded corporations. . .BY our new high-flying B2B, Broadband, etc. group. . . .especially by those that have been flying highest of late. Like the JDSU, SEBL, CNXT, ARBA, ISLD, etc, etc,
Think about it. . . there is JDSU with all this new market cap. . . and there is OCLI. JDSU has had a joint-venture with OCLI for 2 years. . . joint-ventures are the same as MARRAIGES in the corporate world. So to those that follow JDSU the closest, this buyout was probably obvious [though there was little insider spec buying ahead of announcement]. . . .
Our TREASURE HUNT is in finding OTHER joint-ventures, etc. with the recent high-fliers. . . .this will lead us to some really speculative plays. . . but I have found this type of play to be highly rewarding when they do announce. . . .suggest playing these as a buy and forget. . . like a William's Closet pick.
