volatility is likely to drop after the judge issues his findings unless they are so vague as to cause more uncertainty. Cramer's implied theory is everything but the worst is already in the price and a strong relief rally will ensue when The Announcement is made. If you agree with this, AND believe that the announcement will be tomorrow, AND want to make a highly-leveraged BET (as he called it in the column), then buying NOV 95s is a Good Idea (at least it was until the end of day price increase). I bought 10 at 1-11/16 as a speculation. I already have shares and LEAPS as investments.
