Yep that is him . He is knee deep in this stock and it was his brain child ... Who the other person is of that new corporation I would not know, but a Baryy Abrahams was his partner in Orex. Warren and the ex CFO were put into place on Orex by Surgent according to what I hear and the exCFO was part of another Surgent company Webcast Media I think who also got free trading shares. Plus Zee was right 4-8M shares free trading shares were put into Warrick Nominy I hear, I do not know if I got the spelling right, which is his offshore (Isle of Jersey I hear) company where he runs his consulting stock through. I also hear he keeps his money liquid and moves quite a lot. I believe he is also knee deep in ,BUT I am not positive, TXMC which fell from 1.50 to .03 ... sound familiar. Follow foolsgold on RB ... he was an attorney next door to Orex. He got nailed getting in over $2 ... Great fine Jeff. :-) GB
