Michael, here are my answers, more or less:

(1) Since the Lockeed products will have to first be developed and then be space and/or military qualified, don't look for any royalties soon -- probably two years or more, IMO. However, progress along the way would be apt to support stock value.

(2) I doubt that we can know unless ECD will release the information -- and I do not expect that.

(3) For space and military markets, does Intel get "Intel Inside" put on products? Seems unlikely to me -- and not much of a loss -- more important for consumer markets.

Here is what I am more interested in.

(a) Will we have rights to techniques and inventions that result from the joint effort? (Seems likely to me, but there may be some restrictions. This is something ECD might be willing to reveal.)

(b) How much will this joint effort speed up the development of consumer products? (ECD might be willing to reveal this, in a general way.)

(c) I any money forthcoming from Lockeed, or are we just getting use of their labs? (I would expect some up-front money, for the license, -- but maybe no salary for Tyler and others that might be on our staff.)

(d) Will this license and agreement help in obtaining others? (Seems probable to me that Lockeed's reputation will help to sanctify our tech -- sure hope so.)
