JWSRHS, LLC lists John Surgent at a Warren, NJ address c/o Raymond Grimes, if that name rings a bell. Recall that we know his full name is John W. Surgent and that I'm guessing the first three letters "JWS" are his initials.
Also, I just noticed another company is registered to a "J. Surgent" in Clifton, NJ, which is where we know "our" John Surgent is from. It's called "PRACTICEMANAGEMENT.COM LLC" and was "Incorporated On: August 27, 1999".
