OT: FS Van Kasper... I'm questioning some of VKCO's tactics, though cast in a bullish light. I was having trouble finding a specific citation on rule surrounding issuance of buy/sell recommendations. Do you know of any recent rulings laying down the law, or aspecific clause in the Securities CFR? TIA LB
