Hi all,
Enclosed are the posts from a new shareholders who came on board recently from AOL thread. He lives in Los Angeles and has visited ECNC headquarter and the kiosk sites. I copy and paste all his posts on AOL the last two days in chronological order, so you can follow where he was coming from and how he did his DD. I am doing this per request from a few members on RB and SI who want to know what were being discussed on AOL boards recently that stir up a lot of controversies.
These are not my posts, they belong to "MGNFYNLS" on AOL board.

1) No intention of being harsh. And I really don't know if this one is a loser or not. I am relatively sure that the promoters who are spamming are going to make some good money off of some of you guys. Specifics you asked for.... I'll start here: Locations of EzPay - well.... lets start with the one at the top of the list since it is first and companies usually like to put their best foot forward... or at the top in this case... Java Central...... at 2540 Crenshaw Avenue in San Pedro... that struck me a little odd since there is no Crenshaw Avenue in San Pedro.. the closest you can get is Crenshaw Blvd. which runs from Palos Verdes on the coast... all the way through So. Central Los Angeles. So, I decided to call the # (310) 832-9299. It turns out to be Miami's Auto Detailing listed lower on the page with the same #. So, I asked them if they have any type of atm - EzPay or otherwise at their place..... the girl sounded very confused. So, I'll drop by there later today to double check. I also go to The Coffee Cartel in Manhattan Beach every now and then....and don't remember any type of atm-Ezpay or otherwise. So I called the nice girl over there to double check.... no such item.... and to her knowledge no plans for one. So, I decided to call the Hairmaster - this is a recording for Luis and John telling you not to leave any messages unless you are a friend or something like that. Just didn't seem like a hot type of business to me.... in fact... you can hardly understand the recording.
So, take your wacks at me if you like. But, I will be driving by many of these places today to talk to some of these proprietors.... and doing some research and DD for you folks. Something some of you should have done a long time ago before following some spammer from board to board. ************************ 2) I am going to research ECNC the way that a company should be researched prior to investing. I will post my findings as I become aware of each item - good or bad. If I decide to invest... I will let you know and how many shares. I am not a basher - but I hate spammers and penny stock promoters with a passion. *********************** 3) I'll probably be gone a little while checking out some of these companies. Take care hope so... also ask them why the Auto Check location in Westwood, CA has a (714) area code to call them? Westwood is in the (310) area code.... of which I will be going by there tomorrow to check that place out. I didn't bother calling the #..... hang on... I'll do it..... okay.... ********************** 4)) They simply posted the wrong #.... geeez - you would think a company with technology breaking software could get it right... anyhow.. the (714) # is for the Auto Check on Chapman Avenue in Fullerton on the corner of State College. They do have a kiosk there for standard Atm's or check cards..... I just called again to double check.... No EzPay and the lady had no idea what it was - *********************** 5) I just visited EConnect at 2500 Via Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro with my wife. I have to admit that this is a gorgeous office in a superb setting. Right on the water in a new part of the Los Angeles Harbor in a new office building. Right next to the office is the Hilton which is a beautiful place..... you couldn't ask for a better setting and a better place to have an office. Very professional - and.... to top it off - very intelligent to have your office 30 steps from the Hilton. Think of it.... you fly clients into LAX..... have them stay on the waterfront in San Pedro.... (the best part of San Pedro might I add) - and literally walk next door to your corporate office to do business. It is not a "business" setting.... but rather a relaxed setting on the waterfront area. Wish I had a picture to show you guys. The Hilton sits 30 steps south of the office building which is a tri level I believe.... and the only office building there (they have one suite of many). Anyhow.... very smart on EConnects part. *********************** 6) Located on the corner of 17th and Gaffey in San Pedro - I did not go in.... they were very busy... But, originally the girl on the phone had told me that they had no ATM machines there...... but when I parked there were symbols on the doors for ATM's - and another symbol which I didn't recognize at the time..... but I believe it is for the EZShop symbol.... I'll explain why in the next post... ************************ 7) This explains it........ and EConnect needs to remedy their website and educate the proprietors in the field..... had I not been willing to do the leg work.... like many are not or are not able to do..... this info would not have been available - Java Centrale is located at 25420 Crenshaw Boulevard in Torrance, CA next to Baskin Robbins. Good location! My wife remembered it so we drove over there. The website states 2540 Crenshaw Avenue in San Pedro. And..... the phone # is incorrect.... the correct phone # is (310) 891-1979 - not (310) 832-9299. We walked in and immediately on the left hand side by the refridgerator where you purchase refreshments..... you notice a free standing kiosk "EZShop". Very nice looking. Several catalogs were on display... I went right over to the kiosk to check it out. I asked the manager behind the counter what this was..... she said.... "I have no idea". Another lady came over immediately (a worker) and was looking inquisitively at the kiosk. She kept hawking over my shoulder while I was looking through the catalog. I was in kind of a rush so I left.... but my wife is going back later to get a catalog and then I'll look through it. There were two separate keypads to the machine. One was for swiping your atm and entering in your pin.... the other was for entering in your mailing address etc. All in all a nice looking display - probably a little confusing or intimidating at first. But, the kiosks are out there. **************************** 8)) I think that EConnect needs to correct it's website and educate the proprietors out in the field (if that's possible). The reason for this is because when I went to verify information on the website.... it was not correct... and this is not good. Penny stock investment is a tricky game and if you don't have all your ducks in a row... or lose shareholder trust.... it's all over. Also, you would hope that when someone calls a company that they at least know that there is a kiosk available and how to operate that kiosk. My brief opinion of EConnect after a small amount of research (without digging into past history or financials) is that this company is heads and shoulders above other penny stock companies that are out there. The have a great office in a great location... have become reporting meeting the SEC guidelines, have a product that has enormous potential for growth, and has a business plan lined up that could take this company far. Investors should plan on being long term supporters of this company if they hope to see the company grow and hope to see their investment grow. Buying and selling on every dip only hurts the company and does not allow them to grow to their full potential - especially when they are using shares to pay for services. Another note: spamming can only hurt the company. While you may bring in a few new investors.... these investors are only looking to make a quick buck and will soon dump their shares back into the market... hurting your investment and the company in the long run. Let the company do the talking - let the company promote themselves. From the surface it looks like you have a good investment here. ***************************** 9)) You're welcome. I have been buying shares ever since I walked back into my office - I have several orders that have not yet been placed... but several more that have been. All totalled I am hoping to have close to 48,000 shares filled. I doubt that I will get that high today - but it's possible. *******************************8 10)) Here are a couple of pictures of the Hilton next to EConnects Corporate office. Not the greatest of pic's but.... it'll give those that don't have the chance to visit the offices a sense of the area that they conduct business in. San Pedro Hilton (EConnect is just to the right about 30 steps) Wide View From the Front (This is taken from the military base just above the Hilton looking towards the water) **************************** 11) Thank you for the warm welcome (all of you). And you are correct about these threads. It's my pleasure to do whatever I can. I live very close to all of these locations. If there is anything that anyone wants... just let me know. I don't mind going over to the headquarters, making a few calls, etc. ************************** 12) You suggested earlier that I go to the Raging Bull Thread. I did. That's like getting on the freeway riding a bicycle :-) I read your posts.... a few other significant ones - but did not respond as I figured that others more than likely had called EConnect to either find answers or alert them to the errors on the webpage. I figure if I had posted there.... it would have just been lost in a sea of messages. I noticed that there is an IR person "Manny V...." on Raging Bull that has an aol email address. Why does he post on the Raging Bull thread but not on the aol? Maybe I should ask him. Take care - hope you weren't freaked out by my earlier posts today. ********************* |
