Dear KJY: Pfierb gave you an excellent source, also there are some on the internet, cant remember which right at the moment as personally I make my own decisions as to a companies value then buy on dips regardless of the background NOISE or other info such as Accumulation. But, I am a long term investor looking out at least 2-3 years sometimes even more. JDN
