Talk Visual Confirms: Major Shareholders Agree to Share Lock-up

MIAMI, Nov 5, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- (OTC-BB: TVCP) TALK VISUAL
CORPORATION Chairman Michael J. Zwebner announced today that "in
discussions with all of the company's major shareholders, I have been
given assurances that they are all prepared to sign an agreement to
lock-up their shares for periods between six (6) and twelve (12)
months. Our company is grossly undervalued, and we are determined to
have the company share price rise to more accurately reflect the value
of our business."

SUCCESSFUL VIDEO CASTING PROGRAM

The company also reported a surge in bookings for the Global Visual
Casting program. The program has been operated in conjunction with
FilmWorld, Inc., a major Hollywood film company. On Tuesday of this
week, New England Cable News, one of New England's major TV news
stations, ran an eight-minute special news report on the visual casting
program. New England Cable News visited the Boston area store in
Jamaica Plain on Center Street, and interviewed store manager Andy
Cunningham.

The Global Visual Casting program, according to Mr. Cunningham,
reported non-stop incoming telephone calls to book video casting
reservations. The calls began shortly after the New England Cable News
program aired. The Jamaica Plain store is now fully booked for this
week with new applicant reservations. The company's videocall center in
Montreal, Canada has also reported a fully booked situation

In a worldwide exclusive, the company is offering global video casting
facilities for aspiring actors and actresses from the company's
Videocall Centers worldwide. The program has been launched to date in
Miami Florida, Sacramento California, Boston Massachusetts and in
Montreal, Canada. It is now anticipated that the company will expand
the program to all other Videocall Centers in twelve (12) countries
around the world. All current Videocall Centers will participate in
this exceptional program. The program, launched with the cooperation
and participation of FilmWorld's renown producers John Daly (Platoon,
The Last Emperor, Terminator) and Menahem Golan (Cobra Delta Force,
Runaway Train, Missing in Action), has seen tremendous success during
its first few days of launch. Daly and Golan conceived the product to
conduct a worldwide search for three new actresses to star in their
upcoming film productions "StarCity" and "Open Heart." The video
casting directors have been located at Q Studios in Hollywood
California.

Videocalling allows casting to be accomplished on a global basis, and
enables producers and casting agents to hold face-to-face auditions
without ever leaving Hollywood. Sessions are videotaped for later
review. "We plan to offer this product to many industry sectors," said
chairman Michael J. Zwebner. We will shortly offer many types of Visual
Telecommunications services worldwide as we build our global presence."

A list of all of Talk Visual's videocalling shops is available on the
company's website at www.talkvisual.com. The site describes continuing
international operations and also allows visitors to order a regular
monthly mailing of the company's impressive full-color newspaper. The
third edition of the newspaper is now available.
