Hi Joseph,

It has now been five months...

The last event was strange indeed. The major shareholder ( Grace Bros ) purchased this stock intensely over a several day period as the stock tanked on seemingly negative news.

biz.yahoo.com

The stock proceeded to be delisted from AMEX. My guess is there may be something going on that is less than obvious. However every other signal including the selloff suggests the contrary. However 2+ million shares purchased at .25 was enticing. However one might argue he could of had the shares at .03.

I did call the company at that time. I asked one of the few remaining after the fallout as to why Grace would buy now. The tone was as if to call into question Graces ability to invest wisely.

Was it a ploy. Who knows who cares. I prefer those stocks with a little more predictability behind them. I am curious if you know or find anything out. Heck I wouldn't be surprised to see LXRI emerge once again. They are still reporting.

Hmmm have you checked the SEC documents.

"All of our drug and medical device candidates are in preclinical development, except for HK-Cardiosol(TM) and CP-Cardiosol(TM), which have received approval to begin clinical trials."

This is the only real potential LXRI has remaining in my mind to actually stimulate market interest at this juncture. The company appears to have had little success in partnering these products to date. Paul Hastings left the company after failing to court any legitimate interest. I personally believe this scenario is the key.

BEST WISHES
Jeffrey
