OK, the street likes the unemployment numbers. We are set up for a pop because a rate hike seems unlikely, while the bonds continue to climb.

However, DA JUDGE still holds the key to our destiny here at Microsoft. I don't think it's what he decides, but If he ever decides. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that he comes out with the .pdf and word perfect files today with his findings.

A favorable or neutral decision will be absolutely explosive for Microsoft, given the market backdrop. A decision with weak remedy or an easily appealable decision will be met also with a moderate increase in shares, IMO.

Edit: I still wish I'd had the gnuts to buy QCOM or JDSU like I wanted to. This Microsoft options trade has been a massive pain in the butt courtesy of the Honorable Penfield Jackson. I can say with almost absolute certainty that the man has never traded options.
