I don't think it's that simple.

NVIDIA has indicated during previous earnings conference calls that it was looking at supplying PC OEMs with boards in partnership with Asian contract manufacturers. Currently NVIDIA TNT2 Model 64 boards are showing up at Dell and Gateway, as well as GeForce boards.

I am not saying that NVIDIA is excluding brand-name add-in board manufacturers from OEM deals. However I am making the point that NVIDIA does in fact have the possibility to supply OEMs with boards without using Creative or Elsa, especially for lower-margin contracts. Given that the TNT2 M64 boards are supplied in this way (which is an assumption at this point), it is obvious that NVIDIA can (but not necessarily does) supply GeForce boards in this way.
