hi adjuster: APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF PROXIES; A MEMBER HAS THE RIGHT TO APPOINT SOME PERSON(WHO NOT NEED BE A MEMBER) ETC. ETC. maybe if all those shareholder that read this thread and have not yet returned their proxy, (unfortunately i have, but i did not have that many having only heard of sts short time ago) could sign the form that is attached to the proxies giving one of our members attending the right to represent his shares, this way one or two of two of those atrending could get together and possibly represent hundreds of thousands of shares, in fact i suppose someone with a scanner could place this form on this forum and it could be pasted bach via e mail. not sure if i am off base here or not with mylimited knowledge of stocks. regards elmerv
