The new advance has definitively started... but some positive news would certainly help. Do you tink that medsite.com will deposit its S1 before the end of November. Am very curious to know how many shares JDX will end up with.

BTW, a few posts ago you mentioned that JDX $1M investment would give them a fixed % of the shares, in other words of the market cap.
Thinking about it, it is almost impossible. Think about those who got in with the new financing of $36.. it is almost like they would have to accept that their $36M would immediately be heavily diluted.

JDX was not alone when thye invested that $1M. There where certainly many participating in that earlier financing. I assume the terms where identical to all participant.... In that context, I can't see how the $36M financiers could have accepted to invest with these kind of terms in the first financing.
