Claude You beat me to the punch... a few posts ago you mentioned that JDX $1M investment would give them a fixed % of the shares, I actually got that out of the Streetwire article: Mr. Graham could not say what share of the company is owned by Jordex, but he indicated that the percentage was already set. Until I saw that article I was always under the impression that the investment was convertable into shares at a price significantly below any IPO price. It turns out that Mr. Graham was slightly miss quoted in that article. I was actually going to clear this up in my post tomorrow but you brought it to the front today. The later financing will have a higher conversion rate and JDX will still have a nice bunch of shares. Best Regards KEITH
