I just heard... The Auto deal is off - something about Toyota stepping in and not selling to STGA another crock! I checked Edgar - yep looks impressive - but actually means nothing - that was filed almost a month ago and nothing going on yet - it said shares to be distributed on effective date - couldnt find that date in the long mess of filings like usual - hurry up and wait!
