Alohal,

In my mind that "could" be the saddest part of this story if it ends badly. Those that promoted the speculation have allowed some people to come public at ridiculous prices, gained all sorts of personal career benefits, extreme bonuses, high fees for their companies etc....

If it blows up, they will still be rich, the public will be left holding the bag and more than likely the taxpayer will be forced to bail out some of the very firms they represented. Actually, I think "sad" understates my view.

We will see what happens. What comes around goes around.
