Ex, The comments stood after your amendments. The down quarter comments just prove my memory is faulty as I don't follow MSFT that closely. What is the point in analyzing a price gouging monopoly?

And isn't it odd that MSFT picked a stinko quarter in which to discover that they had to dip into unearned revenues? <g>

But my main problem is that MSFT displayed this quarter as "proof" that pc sales were great, when it wasn't a very hot quarter.

If MSFT is your core holding, do you have a bomb shelter for the judge's ruling? <g> Actually, I don't know what he is going to say. The case definitely proved that MSFT was guilty as hell of unfair, monopolistic trade practices, but, then, they do give a lot of money to the guys who appoint judges. <g>
