<<< JDX has been looking for months and examining more than 60 deals I believe. SO far it got only Medsite.com>>>

I have a different opinion on this statement Claude. My thought is there is and has been a lot more going on at JDX than they have announced. No doubt JDX management wants the biggest bang for the buck which will mean a well planned and coordinated timing of releases. If they had put releases out earlier in the summer or September, there might have been a move up, but then the price would have naturally fallen again during the quiet period after the releases.

As I said before, it wouldn't be the first time I saw companies withhold news in order to maximize the timing benefit. How can they do this? They say things like "not quite ready" etc or "they're putting the finishing touches on the deal(s)" etc.

I think this is most probably the case with JDX, with news and promotion to begin in the near future, leading very nicely into expectations surrounding the medsite ipo.

Regards,

Kevin
