DTOX (CITA Biomedical) filed an 8-K referencing Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP, at the same address. And now I see that Osicom Technologies (FIBR) references the same lawyer at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith, Ravin, Davis & Himmel LLP - Raymond Felton.

He then qualified his speculation:

Let me say again that I have no idea that Chalem or Lehmann or Candela even knew/knows Felton. My original remark is more along the lines of Humphrey Bogart remarking "Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world,..."

jhild was right: Chalem most certainly knew Ray Felton. Felton's the attorney for DTOX/CITA. He worked for Joseph Dunn in the past, and handled the closing of CITA's sale from Aviation. The closing was attended by Logan, Marsh, and Dunn. (I'm told Barry Witz may have been there as well, but that can't be confirmed.) Felton's office is in Woodbridge.
